We promise not to hold you hostage to a piece of paper. If you ever have a problem when working with us, we’ll make any necessary steps to correct it. If we can’t, we will release you from the brokerage contract. We don’t believe you should be contractually tied to doing business with a broker if he or she has broken their promises. If you’re not happy, neither are we. It’s that simple.
